2025 Captains Agreement
By accepting the captaincy of a team, these are the things we require of you.
- I have, and will keep during my Captaincy, a mobile phone that the league and other Captains can contact me by text message and voice calls. (I realise a smartphone is recommended)
- I have, and will keep during my Captaincy, an email address I can access at all times and will respond promptly to any message received from the league or other captains.
- I will inform the league immediately if my mobile number and/or email address changes for any reason.
- I hereby accept that the captaincy of a team means I will be held responsible for all the team players actions.
- I and my team will interact with other teams with respect at all times.
- If a match is unable to be played, I will inform the league immediately with the reasons and what course of action I intend to take to correct the situation.
- I will ensure that the result sheet from matches both home and away are completed accurately and are sent promptly to the results@avalongolf.org email address.
- I understand that if I cease the captaincy for any reason, I will inform the league immediately. Wherever possible giving the name and details of my successor.
2025 GDPR Agreement
In order to put your details upon the website, you need to agree to the GDPR.
- I hereby give my acceptance to the GDPR regulations
- I understand my name, mobile number and email address will be posted within the members section for other captains to make contact with me.
